Day 2: Torso Flexibility

In this lesson we'll be exploring ways to increase core and back flexibility through simple, repetitive movements.

Some of the exercises are done on the floor, so you may want to have a yoga mat, blanket, or sheepskin for comfort.

As with all lessons in this course, I recommend you first watch the theory video where I explain how to perform each exercise correctly, and then follow along with the flow video.
